My name is Terence To MSW, RSW — Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist and founder of Flowing Mind Therapy. I specialize in anxiety and OCD because I know how exhausting it is to live inside a mind that won’t give you a break.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — not to help you suppress what you’re feeling, but to help you stop letting it run the show.
